To support our existing crew, we are seeking a Freelance Cabin Crew Member for ATR operations departing from Basel Airport, starting as of 1 September 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and an excellent passenger experience onboard. As the sole cabin crew member on ATR aircraft, you will play a key role in delivering safe and efficient flights while maintaining a consistently professional and customer-focused service approach.
Perform pre-flight safety checks and ensure cabin readiness
Conduct passenger safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Deliver professional in-flight service, ensuring passenger comfort
Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies in accordance with procedures
Maintain clear and professional communication with the flight deck crew
Complete all required documentation and post-flight reports accurately
Stay updated on company procedures, safety regulations, and operational requirements
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and operational discipline at all times
Previous experience as a Cabin Crew Member, preferably on ATR aircraft
Single Cabin Crew experience is an asset
A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is an asset
Valid and current Medical Attestation
Strong knowledge of aviation safety protocols and emergency procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle various passenger situations
Ability to remain composed under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
Proficiency in English and German or French (additional languages are a plus)
Flexibility to work on a freelance basis
Ideally based within approximately 1 hour travel time to Basel Airport; candidates living further away may also be considered if they meet role requirements and can ensure operational availability.
Working Schedule
Freelance engagement with flexible assignment based on operational requirements.
From 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, candidates must guarantee availability of a minimum of 18 days per month. Following this period, the company guarantees a minimum of 4 duty days per month.
Additional duty days may be assigned based on operational needs and mutual agreement.
Duty planning and assignment of flight duties are conducted in accordance with applicable EASA regulations and company Flight Time Limitations (FTL) policies.
