Captain Compensation
$146.25 year one
$150 year two
$153.75 year three
$157.50 year four
$161.25 year five
$213.75 top of scale
Captains flow to mainline after 5 years of service or be paid top of scale until they flow. Direct entry captains can bring their longevity and start on steps 2 through 11
Earn over $180,000 in bonuses
Highlights include the following:
$15,000 sign-on bonus
$15,000 Direct Entry Captain bonus
$7,500 E145 PIC type rating bonus
$15,000 12 months of active service bonus
$30,000 Captain upgrade bonus
$40,000 Captain upgrade + 1-year bonus
$40,000 Captain upgrade + 2-year bonus
$25,000 flow to American bonus
Referral Bonus- $10,000 per successful Candidate
