An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Business Aviation Training business in Singapore on the Gulfstream program.
Reporting to the Training Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering flight training and ground training activities on the designated program.
Deliver client training in accordance with approved qualifications, including classroom systems instruction, performance ground school, and simulator-based pilot training.
Ensure training delivery meets established quality standards and program requirements.
Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable authorizations, certifications, and qualifications.
Conduct high-quality pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
Maintain accurate and timely completion of all required training records, documentation, and electronic records.
Support the continuous improvement of training programs through recommendations for curriculum and courseware enhancements.
Work toward obtaining additional instructor qualifications as required by the program.
Assist the Lead Instructor with assigned responsibilities, as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Holds or previously held an Air Transport License (ATP) or equivalent aviation certification.
Holds or previously held a relevant aircraft type rating with operational experience, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-pilot flight time.
Previous instructional or training delivery experience.
Experience in aviation training and/or flight operations acceptable to applicable regulatory authorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
Ability to accurately maintain records and documentation.
Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 operational environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.
Customer-focused approach to training delivery and service.
FAA-issued licenses, certificates, or qualifications.
Experience delivering simulator-based pilot training.
Experience supporting curriculum development, courseware improvement, or training program enhancement.
Additional instructor qualifications relevant to business aviation training environments.
Demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives.
