As we continue to expand our fleet, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Challenger 300 PIC to join our team.

Job Description: We are seeking a Challenger 300 PIC with a go-getter attitude, strong integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism, extensive flying experience, and a commitment to the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) of Challenger 300 air[redacted]

• Conduct pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, route selection, and fuel management

• Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies

• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers

• Maintain accurate flight records and logs

• Participate in regular training and proficiency checks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2500 total flight hours

• ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate

• Type-rated on Challenger 300 preferred

• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated integrity and professional demeanor

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Previous experience in a part 135 or charter operation is a plus
