What you'll do...

What you’ll do…
Provide customers with safe, timely, efficient, and flexible travel experiences by accommodating passengers' amenity needs; and providing timely information to passengers when schedule changes occur.
Prepare and operate aircraft in compliance with federal, state, local, and foreign regulations and adheres to flight operations manual (FOM) by following Flight Operations Center, aircraft manufacturers' requirements, and [Company] standard operating procedures (SOP) directives governing aircraft operation.
Promote positive relationships among [Company]'s Aviation teams (for example, Scheduling, Standards and Training, Flight Operations Center, Safety, Maintenance, Administrative, Ground Support) by building positive working relationships with team members to achieve operational objectives; using open communication; debriefing flight errors and successes; practicing flight discipline; working to improve flight skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis; following standard operating procedures (SOP); and conducting thorough SOP briefings with crew and passengers.
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Model compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
What you will bring…
Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine Pilot Certificate with English Proficiency endorsement.
Valid, current, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Class I Medical Certificate.
Valid passport eligibility.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
