Worldwide Jet Charter (WWJ) continues to dominate Learjet 60 market and is expanding into KABE. We are currently hiring (2) LR 60 Captains that are typed, qualified and meet the Wyvern/ARGUS minimums listed below and (1) LR60 FO. Our pilots average 500 hours a year working a 14/7 schedule that shifts to meet trips. This is a demanding job that requires pilots whom are dedicated to completing the mission and able to get the in the air safely within one hour of the “Go” call. You will have 120 scheduled days off in the year and be expected to work 245 days. It requires individuals that can handle pressure, manage workload, prioritize, and work efficiently. WWJ provides a workplace that allows transition into larger fleets, we value seniority, but pay raises and upgrades are primarily performance based. PIC Salary: $120K for Experienced LR60 PICs, and meet ARGUS, Wyvern, EJM, and Sentient PIC times and reside within 30 minutes driving time of KABE in all weather conditions. 4000hrs TT, 3000hrs PIC, 3000hrs ME, 2000hrs ME PIC. Must be living or willing to move within the range. SIC Salary: $70K for Experienced pilots, minimum 2000hrs TT, 500hrs ME and reside within 30 minutes driving time of KABE in all weather conditions. Must be living or willing to move within the range. Schedule: 14 days on/7 days off (FLEX schedule, 245 days on and 120 days off calendar year). The ideal candidate must have: ATP LearJet LR60 PIC Type Rating FAA First Class Medical Valid US Passport Excellent customer service skills No significant accidents, incidents or enforcement actions in the last 3 years Proficient in computer operations and software (internet, email, database) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to perform service operations outside and in extreme temperatures and inclement weather Ability to manage rest and perform red-eye flights and pop-up ASAP flights when needed and rested Ability to perform medium to heavy lifting Travel extensively and sit for extended periods of time One year training agreement (one time) for Company initial training at CAE Must be able to pass a LR60 course Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening PRIA background check (to include any incidents/accidents) Credit check DMV check with valid driver’s license Employment verification Criminal history and fingerprint check CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (during indoc) Benefits: Medical insurance 100% Employer-sponsored premium for Employee on select medical plan, dental insurance, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance 100% Employer-sponsored premium for Employee’s for $50,000.00 and the option to add additional life and AD&D up to $500K or five times your basic annual earnings, 401(K), Health Care Spending Account (HSA), Monthly Phone allowance, Monthly Uniform Allowance, per diem, work over pay bonuses and end of year performance bonuses.
