A Carlsbad, CA based charter and aviation management company is seeking a full-time, professional aviator to serve as PIC on the Challenger 300. An experienced, competent and current PIC or copilot on the Challenger 300 in a full time salaried position. The pilot selected will be trained to perform company flight crew duties on the Challenger 300 in FAR Part 135 on demand charter operations. Seeking a pilot who exhibits leadership as well as being a team player to serve as ambassador of our company to the aircraft owner and clients. A pilot accepting this offer may also be trained on a mutually agreed upon second aircraft type. Desired Qualifications: Current and qualified in aircraft type -ATP, and current first class medical -Minimum of 3000TT, 1500 PIC, 250 in-type -Willing to relocate within 1 1/2 hours of aircraft home base Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, A salary consistent with pilot currency and qualifications and industry best practice.
