Who are we hiring?
Leads the flight attendant function, with responsibility for standards, performance, and operational consistency across all cabin operations. Establishes and maintains a self-sufficient, high-performing cabin program aligned with company expectations, while continuing to operate in a flying capacity. This role ensures that cabin operations are structured, scalable, and consistently executed, balancing direct involvement with broader functional ownership.
What will you do?
Lead all aspects of the flight attendant function, including hiring, training, development, and performance management
Establish, maintain, and evolve cabin service standards, procedures, and operating practices
Ensure consistent execution of an options-driven, no-fail service model across all aircraft and crews
Oversee development and maintenance of passenger profile systems to support continuity and alignment of service delivery
Develop and manage vendor relationships supporting provisioning and onboard service delivery
Partner with flight operations leadership to align staffing, scheduling, and operational priorities
Conduct quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the cabin program
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company procedures
Operate in a flying capacity as required, including leading complex or high-priority trips
Provide leadership and direction to maintain a disciplined, accountable, and high-performing team
Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?
10–15+ years of experience in Part 91 private aviation, including progressive leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW service environments with consistent, high-level execution
Completion of formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent)
Current safety certifications including CPR, AED, and First Aid
Advanced expertise in culinary standards, provisioning strategy, and service program development, with formal or practical culinary training
Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing flight attendant teams
Experience establishing and maintaining operational procedures, service standards, and training programs
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance across the function
Experience managing vendor relationships and external service providers
Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation, with ability to support operational requirements as needed
Ability to operate in a flexible, on-demand environment, including active flying responsibilities
High level of leadership presence, discretion, and organizational judgment
Special Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
Without limitation, be able to perform the duties as required of a 14 CFR Part 121 Flight Attendant while in flight
Be able to travel and work on-site in an office environment
Must be willing to relocate to Long Island, NY
