[Company] operates a varied fleet ranging from the mid-size business jets to large cabin aircraft, availing a career path from an entry level first officer position to an international captain on the large cabin CL604 and G550.
[Company] operates a fleet of managed aircraft that participate in [Company]' card membership program, Charter Shares. The program includes the return of all aircraft to KSUS on a consistent basis. This utilization, along with a 9 on, 4 off schedule, optimizes crew members' quality of life.
Minimum Requirements:
Commercial Multi-Engine Land Instrument
Capable of receiving and maintaining a First-Class FAA Medical
1500 total flight hours
500 PIC
100 Hours Multi Engine
100 Turbine or Jet preferred
College Degree preferred
*Qualified candidates that do not possess an ATP, may be eligible to have their ATP course paid for by the company with a 12-month commitment.
Schedule and Benefits:
Rolling schedule consisting of 9 days on/4 days off
Overtime daily rate for flying on days off
Average of 15 flying days per month
Quarterly bonus for flying more than 15 days per month
Nights away from home average 8 days or less per month
Upgrade time to Captain averages 1-2 years
All pilots receive full PIC type ratings. Only Initial type ratings require a 12-month commitment.
Recurrent training requires no commitment
10 vacation days
6 floating holidays (to be used the same as vacation days for the pilots)
