Training & Professional Services (T&PS) within [redacted] Global Services (BGS) F-16 Mission Training Center (F-16 MTC) program is seeking an F-16 Training Systems Test Pilot Subject Matter Expert to help complete the system design, integration, and test for the F-16 MTC and other trainers. This is a mid-level to senior grade position and will require that the candidate already possess the proper security clearance pre-hire. Job Responsibilities: Participate in all aspects of developing the trainer, including requirements development, test procedure creation, and several types of testing. Assist other members of the Test team in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required. Off shift and weekend work may also be occasionally required to meet contractual milestones, objectives and delivery schedules. Qualifications Typical Education/Experience: Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor\'s and 9 or more years\' experience, Master\'s with 7 or more years\' experience or PhD with 4 or more years\' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Required Qualifications: This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
