Private family is currently seeking a full time Flight Attendant / Lead Flight Attendant on a large cabin private jet based in the Northeast. We are a Part 91 only flight department, engaged in worldwide operations, providing highly customized services to a private family. Duties include but are not limited to: • Providing excellent and personalized customer service to private family and guest. • Maintaining proficiency in procedures for handling inflight medical emergencies. • Establishing a [redacted] crew and passenger profile for catering and pre-existing medical conditions. • Operational knowledge of service and entertainment equipment to include WIFI, cabin communication equipment, cabin comfort items, and cabin entertainment system. • Establishing and maintaining a food safety program. • Knowledgeable in meal planning and food preparation. • Maintaining training qualifications for applicable regulatory and safety management system requirements, including annual emergency procedures training. • Establishing and maintaining a flight attendant manual to be included in the flight operations manual. • Facilitating and ensuring clear communication between flight attendants and other members of the flight department. • Establishing vendor relationships for the purpose of training and services. • Establishing guidelines for and facilitating the hiring, managing, and training of flight attendants. • Maintain stock room inventory, aircraft inventory, and supplies. • Maintaining the official training records for all flight attendants for regulatory and audit review. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent. Related Work Experience: • 3 years as a Lead Flight Attendant or Customer Service Representative serving high end clientele.
