A solid base of knowledge is an essential part of what customers expect from their instructor. You must demonstrate competent and confident instructional knowledge in a dynamic learning environment.
Demonstrate and ability to learn new skills that directly affect product value.
Effectively evaluate customer training needs and proficiently coach and instruct.
Employ creative and innovative teaching methods to meet individual customer needs.
Attain applicable ratings and qualifications in an economical and timely manner.
A current Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings is required for full time employment. Any loss of certificate privileges may result in permanent dismissal from the company.
Simcom by [Company] officially offers training for its customers at the Lee Vista facility during normal business hours five days a week: Monday through Friday. Occasionally, however, it may be necessary to schedule an instructor for training on a Saturday and perhaps even a Sunday.
The instructor is closer to and spends the most time with the customer than any other associate at Simcom by [Company]. Because of this, the customer’s experience at Simcom by [Company] is affected and shaped most by this relationship. The instructor, therefore, must be able to assess client needs with timely and effective decision making within the context of the Mission and Strategy guidelines of Simcom by [Company].
