FALCON 10 CAPTAIN
[Company] Charter is a growing, private jet company located at Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie, MN. We are currently seeking 1* Falcon 10 Captain* to expand our growing Flight Department. This is a full-time, 11 on / 9 off schedule, with training taking place in Eden Prairie MN. Applicants are not required to relocate and can reside at their current residence within the United States. The primary duty of this position is to provide our VIP clientele with safe, discreet and professional flying experiences while adhering to all [Company] Charter and FAA regulations and procedures.
Position Summary:
Determine your crew is properly licensed, adequately rested and in proper uniform prior to each flight.
Work closely with Chief Pilot and Dispatchers to determine the purpose of the flight, any special instructions, weather or flight issues and any other pertinent information needed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for the passenger(s).
Properly and completely prepare and/or supervise the flight plan; considering factors such as altitude, terrain, weather, range, cruise control data, airport facilities and navigational aids.
Ensure the aircraft has been pre-flighted, inspected, stocked, equipped with emergency equipment such as life rafts and that it is fully operational for the flight assignment.
Inspect and/or supervise preflight inspection which includes but is not limited to; engines, fuselage, mechanical, structural, communication and navigational instruments.
Supervise loading and distribution of cargo and passengers to ensure that the aircraft is within proper weight and balance and all items are properly secured.
Be proactive in the comfort and care of your passenger(s) throughout their entire flight experience by ensuring the aircraft is clean, stocked, passenger(s) are properly briefed and any needs or concerns are taken care of in a timely manner consistent with [Company] Charter standards and procedures.
After the flight has commenced, adhere to the filed flight plan, operate the aircraft at favorable altitudes and take into consideration; turbulence, O2 requirements and the comfort of your passengers at all times during the flight.
At the completion of each flight and after passengers have disembarked; complete flight log, flight records and maintenance forms so that the “flight can” is current and up to date for any scheduled maintenance.
Ensure aircraft is in an airworthy condition by working closely with the Maintenance Dept.
Assist in training new pilots.
Complete any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot.
Job Requirements:
Must have a DA10 type rating, but do not need to be current. (Please provide date of your last DA10 currency.)

Flight hours in type 200
PIC hours in type 200
Total hours (all aircraft) 3000
Total PIC hours (all aircraft) 1500
Valid and clear driver's license, pilot’s license, passport and current medical.
Must pass an FAA DOT Drug Test prior to hire.
Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail and communicate effectively with all types of personalities.
Bring a high level of professionalism, even under pressure, while being the face of [Company] Charter.
Have a flexible, calm, positive can-do attitude that adapts well to change.
