Summary
[Company] is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual for the position of Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) with our Part 91 client. As the CAM in this multi-aircraft operation, you will be responsible for leading a client's flight department, overseeing the operations and maintenance of a Global 8000 and Challenger 3500 aircraft. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and direct involvement in flight operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the flight department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Supervise personnel to ensure strict FAA compliance and adherence to company manuals.
Oversee aircraft maintenance schedules, inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate and review crew and maintenance personnel training, ensuring all certifications are current.
Develop and implement efficient aircraft scheduling procedures, balancing operational demands and client needs.
Approve Personal Time Off (PTO) for team members and oversee scheduling adjustments.
Oversee budget management, expense approvals, and resource allocation.
Participate in the hiring and selection process, identifying top aviation talent for the department.
Collaborate closely with the Client Responsible Officer to address operational and administrative matters.
Ensure timely submission of required reports, training records, and compliance documentation.
Maintain up-to-date aviation manuals and publications.
Actively contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) by implementing best practices.
Represent the company in a professional manner, enhancing its reputation in the aviation community.
Schedule & Benefits
Flight Schedule:
16 flying days per month (mostly scheduled)
5-10 overnight trips per month
300-350 flight hours per year
30 days' notice typically provided for flights

Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the client’s requirements listed below:
ATP - Multi-Engine and Instrument Rated
First Class Medical
Type Rated: BBD-700(Preferred) OR CL-30
Total Time: 3000 Hours
Multi-Engine: 1000 Hours
PIC Turbine: 1000 Hours
Time in Type: 300 Hours
Instrument Time: 250 Hours
NBAA CAM certification (Preferred)
Strong understanding of aircraft operations, crew coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Residency within 1 hour of base
