Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety procedures
Maintain cabin readiness, emergency equipment, and safety documentation
Respond calmly and effectively in emergency or unexpected situations
Cabin Operations
Prepare aircraft cabin for each flight, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness
Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies to meet passenger preferences
Coordinate catering orders and provisioning aligned with dietary requirements and preferences
Maintain high standards of presentation for food, beverage, and cabin environment
Passenger Experience
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to [Company] executives and guests
Anticipate passenger needs and preferences with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Provide a welcoming and comfortable in-flight environment
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity
Team Coordination
Collaborate closely with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams
Support efficient flight operations and turnaround activities
Communicate effectively regarding special requests and operational changes
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory
Assist with trip planning, including international travel requirements when applicable
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and aviation best practices
Qualifications
Required
FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant (corporate/private aviation preferred)
Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
Preferred
Experience in corporate or private aviation environments
Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service
CPR/First Aid certification
Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs
Skills & Competencies

Work Environment
Based in San Jose, CA with frequent domestic and international travel

The pay range for this role is $210,000 - $225,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
