2 weeks on / 1 week off
Challenger 850
The operation will initially run with a 2-crew structure, expanding to 3 and ultimately 4 crew members as the team grows. This will provide opportunities for improved roster patterns as the operation develops.

All trips start and finish in Arizona, meaning you'll return home at the end of each rotation rather than spending extended periods away on layovers.
