Description
Provide “right seat support” to clients attending FAA‑approved 14 CFR 142 training programs at [Company] training centers.
Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop the skills required to serve as a Second‑in‑Command (SIC) in the simulator.
Deliver simulator support to a wide variety of clients operating under FAA Part 135, Part 91, EASA, or other National Aviation Authorities.
Maintain proficiency as a qualified flight crew member, even without a specific aircraft type rating.
Support simulator evaluation events conducted by [Company] or regulatory agencies.
Ensure a high‑quality training experience, promote CRM principles, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
Create a professional, welcoming, and successful learning environment.
Communicate effectively across all mediums (oral and written) and at all levels.
Provide outstanding customer service (“red carpet service”).
Minimum Qualifications
Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
Airplane Multi‑Engine Land (MEL).
Instrument Rating for Multi‑Engine Aircraft, including 50 hours of multi‑engine and instrument experience.
Minimum of 400 total flight hours (100 hours turbine preferred).
Must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area.
Availability for a minimum of 35 events within a rolling 12‑month period.
Ability to commit 10–15 days of work per month.
Ability to complete scheduled training sessions once confirmed.
Workdays may extend up to 11 hours (typically not more than 6 consecutive hours in the simulator).
Scheduling may occur 24/7 based on candidate availability.
Must meet all TSA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
100 turbine hours (preferred).
Aspiring aviation students who meet minimum criteria and seek to expand their aviation careers through world‑class training.
Experienced pilots wishing to reduce travel demands while remaining active in aviation through high‑quality simulator support.
Interest in accessing advanced programs and enrichment courses offered by [Company] at no cost after qualifying as SIC.
