A rapidly growing 14 CFR Part 135 Operator is seeking candidates for a Director of Maintenance (DOM) position. The DOM is responsible for all aspects of the Organization and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate possesses analytical and organizational skills, is a highly motivated, self-starter with the drive necessary to develop at a pace consistent with the Company’s growth, including growing the airline and you to 14 CFR Part 121 certification. The successful candidate must meet the requirements of 14 CFR Part 119.71. Prior 14 CFR Part 121 experience is preferred. In addition, you must have: • Valid Passport. • Be willing to travel as required by needs of service. • Demonstrated knowledge of business and financial management. • Advanced computer skills utilizing MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook). • Familiar with SMS, SAS, CASS, WEBOPSS & ASAP. • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. • Highest degree of personal and professional integrity. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Reviewing staffing needs and adjusting as required. • Review, develop, and revise maintenance operations manuals on a continuous basis. • Promote culture of safety through continuous monitoring, communication, training, and documented safety procedures. • Financial responsibilities include annual/capital budget planning and expense management. • Responsible for all aspects of staff management. • Cultivate successful working relationship with representatives of the DOT/FAA/DoD/NTSB. Background check and/or drug testing will be performed. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
