As a Cabin Server, you will assist the [Company] Jet Cabin Experience team in creating a one-of-a-kind experience for [Company] Jet Aircraft Owners and Clients. [Company] Jet is looking for a candidate to support owner/passengers on flights as needed.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management):
Provide a high level of service while ensuring comfort of each aircraft passenger during flight.
Plan, prepare, and serve passenger meals and beverages.
Anticipate passengersā needs and develop customer relations.
Maintain aircraft and hangar with exceptional organization, purchases and stocks inventory, and ensures storage areas and aircraft are always presented in a comfortable manner.
Ensure seamless coordination and support with all team members to cover all operational and logistic requirements.
Ensure the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in [Company] Jetās SQMS program.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must be willing to have fun and enjoy yourself on trips, while being professional.
Must have prior flight attendant or cabin server experience on a Bombardier, Gulfstream or other large-cabin business jet.
Must be willing to work as a part of team towards a common goal of delivering excellent service.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driverās license and passport.
Must be able to work an extremely flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends and on-call shifts.
Must be willing to travel with relatively little advance notice.
Must be able to take initiative and be productive in an unsupervised environment
Must be highly motivated, highly organized, have extreme attention to detail, and able to work in high stress and fast paced environment
Must be computer proficient (MS Office Suite, G Suite).
Must be able to lift 25 pounds, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Must have at least 3-5 years of high-end customer service experience.
Must live within 1 hour driving distance to TJIG (Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport)
