[redacted] is searching for an Assistant Chief Pilot with demonstrated leadership skills who also is an enthusiastic, results driven self-starter with the ability to lead 15 pilots and 6 cabin attendants. This worldwide mission is flown in a fleet of 4 aircraft including 3 Gulfstream Vs and 1 Sovereign. The Assistant Chief Pilot will report directly to the Chief Pilot for Pentastar. He/she will have responsibility for the safe operations of all aircraft and will supervise the following functions: Pilots and Cabin Attendants. This position will work closely with the Chief Pilot, Manager of Training and Crew Scheduling. The Assistant Chief Pilot will ensure flight crew training; qualifications and currencies meet the operational and regulatory requirements of 14 CFR Part 91 and Company policies and procedures. He/she must be experienced in process improvement and procedures development. Qualifications: Minimum requirements 6,000 hours Total Flight Time with 3,000 in jet aircraft. Heavy jet type rating. International operating experience as PIC. Check airman experience is highly desired. 4 year degree preferred. First Class Medical. Experience in an aviation management position is preferred. Experience in industry leading best practices such as CRM, ASAP, SMS and FOQA. We are an equal opportunity employer
