Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Challenger 300 Captain or Co-Captain to join our team, operating under FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. This full-time position offers a flexible 14-day off-per-month schedule, providing a balanced work-life dynamic while delivering premium aviation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of Challenger 300 aircraft.
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring aircraft readiness and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with dispatch and other team members for scheduling and trip planning.
Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure adherence to all FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
Provide exceptional service to passengers, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Assist in the development and execution of flight plans.
Maintain current knowledge of aviation regulations, weather conditions, and airspace changes.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid FAA ATP certificate with CL-30 type rating.
Recent currency in Challenger 300 operations.
Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours (preferred).
Strong understanding of FAR Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Must live within or be willing to relocate to within 1.0 hour of KVNY, KDAL, KSDL, or KAPA.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $230,000, based on experience and qualifications.
