In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot by handling day-to-day administrative duties to support our flight crew.

As a Flight Operations Training Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to optimize our crew's training experiences and improve operational efficiency by effectively using our flight management software, JetInsight. Key Responsibilities

1. Training Manual Development: Design, update, and maintain comprehensive training manuals and modules. Ensure alignment with current operational standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and training providers to gather input and ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and enhances operational excellence.

3. Proactive Approach: Take a proactive approach to identify training needs and gaps. Continuously seek opportunities to improve training processes and materials.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with aviation regulations and standards to ensure training materials are compliant and up-to-date.

5. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits of training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience in aviation operations or training, preferably in a Part 135 or Part 91 environment.

• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
