Location: Must reside within 1 hour of the Omaha/Lincoln, NE metro area
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently operate corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and best aviation practices.
* Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, performance calculations, and route optimization.
* Maintain a high level of situational awareness and exercise sound judgment during all phases of flight.
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their passengers, ensuring a comfortable and professional travel experience.
* Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members and management.
* Maintain accurate and detailed flight logs and records.
* Stay current with all required training, certifications, and medical examinations.
* Proactively identify and address potential safety concerns, contributing to a robust safety culture.
* Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to accommodate a dynamic flight schedule, including domestic and international travel, and varying hours.
* Participate in company safety meetings and training programs.
* Foster a positive and professional image of [Company] at all times.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate pilot.
* Total Flight Time: Minimum of 5000 hours total time.
* PIC Time: Minimum of 3000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
* Jet Time: Minimum of 1000 hours in multi-engine jet aircraft.
* FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
* Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
* Clean FAA record and no accidents/incidents.
* Valid Passport with no travel restrictions.
* Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
* Proficiency with modern avionics and flight planning software.
* Ability to lift and move baggage and equipment as needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):
* Experience with international operations.
* Familiarity with IS-BAO standards.
