[redacted] is seeking a Senior Manager of Flight Training and Standards to oversee the day-to-day operations, standardization, and execution of the Flight Training. The Senior Manager of Flight Training & Standards ensures that flight training programs maintain regulatory compliance and support the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency; and supervises the Simulator Instructors, Simulator Check Pilots, and Line Check Pilots. Working Location: 2005 Cargo Rd, Minneapolis, MN Travel Required: up to 25% Senior Manager of Flight Training and Standards qualifications: Airline Transport Pilot certificate and type rating 4 Years of Flight Simulator Instructor and/or Evaluator experience Broad and in-depth knowledge of aircraft operation, as well as general business knowledge Previous experience in Flight Training/Standards Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities Superior knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and standards Intermediate level computer and typing skills.
