Job Posting: Challenger 300 First Officer
Location: Preferably near a major airport
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Challenger 300 First Officer to join our dynamic team of pilots. This position operates under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, flying approximately 700-800 hours per year. The successful candidate will join a team of three other pilots and work on a 14-days off per month schedule (not necessarily consecutive days).
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance: Company covers 80% of costs
AFLAC: $50 monthly contribution toward plans
Phone Reimbursement: $50 per month
401(k): 100% match on first 3%, 50% match on next 2%
Paid Time Off: 10 days PTO + 6 sick days annually
Company-Provided: KCM, iPad, and expense card
Preferred: Challenger 300 type rating (will type the right candidate)
Minimum Total Time: 2,000 hours
Minimum PIC Time: 1,000 hours
Licensing: Commercial Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
Medical: At least a Second-Class Medical Certificate
Safety Record: No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the last three years
