In this role, you will train the next generation of aircraft maintenance technicians through high‑quality instruction in both classroom and hands‑on environments. As part of [Company]’s mission to recreate the most realistic training environments for aircraft technicians, you will use your technical expertise to instruct, assess, and support learners throughout their training. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in classroom, aircraft, or simulation environments.
- Administer examinations and practical assessments according to applicable standards.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer training records.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development and upkeep of instructor materials, client training materials, and new course modules.
- Prepare the training environment prior to each session.
- Maintain current knowledge of aircraft systems and complete required instructor update training.
- Perform training‑related tasks requiring physical activity (reasonable accommodations may be provided).
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Valid FAA A&P, Transport Canada AME, EASA, or equivalent maintenance license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse global team.
- Ability to travel globally up to 30%.
- Working knowledge of standard computer software and internet applications.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years direct hands-on maintenance on Dassault or equivalent business aircraft platforms but will consider current commercial aviation aircraft (Boeing 737, 787, 777, 777X or Airbus A220, A320neo, A330neo, A350).
- Previous instructor or teaching experience in the aviation industry.
