Position Summary The Cabin Attendant’s main job is crewing our large and super mid-cabin jets for Part 135 flights. The CA will be required to crew all flights they are scheduled for, offering cabin safety, high-end service, fine dining, and luxurious passenger experience. In addition to carrying out all of the In-Flight duties for a trip, the CA will be responsible for maintaining the proper cabin stock and organization of each aircraft they fly on. The CA will be fully trained through [redacted]’s training curriculum to include Emergency Evacuation & Safety Training, In-Flight Service & Standards, and Base Standards Training. They will report to the Chief Cabin Attendant as their direct supervisor and be part of the successful Cabin Attendant Program. They will be doing flights primarily out of HUO. Job Functions • Crew [redacted] Part 135 Flights • Follow the ‘In-Flight Services & Standards Manual’ to adhere to [redacted] standard • Order catering, procure flight basics and passenger needs for each flight • Keep the aircraft cabin fully stocked and organized to the [redacted] standard • Keep the cabin stock at HOU organized and report to the Chief Cabin Attendant and Fleet Standards Manager when low • Potentially assist with Initial Cabin Set Up Qualifications Education / Experience: • Highschool diploma or equivalent • College degree preferred • Experience with high-end food & beverage serving and luxury service for VIP clients preferred • 3+ years experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant preferred Skills / Knowledge / Behaviors • Professional communication skills, verbal and written • Resourceful problem-solving abilities • Detailed organizational skills and capable time management skills • Food & Beverage knowledge on prep, plating, display and service • Ability to read your clients on how to serve them and have excellent people skills • Immaculate personal presentation Functional & Technical Competencies: • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams is advantageous Company Culture: Teamwork, culture, environment – [redacted] is driven to be the best in our industry – to change our industry by creating an environment where our team members can be their very best individually and collectively.
