Requirements The Chief of Training Standards should meet the following requirements: English required. High School diploma required, College or Bachelor degree desirable. Efficiently apply collaborative techniques. Must possess CPL ME/SE IR, CFI, CFII, or have comparable experience. Good skills with Windows applications, excel and outlook. Responsible of number of employees, budget and costs. Must possess a valid driver’s license and permit to work in the U.S. Required to travel. Shift work / overtime. Constant time pressure. Outdoor weather conditions. Noise pollution. Other Requirements: FAA First Class Medical, FAA Commercial SE, IR or ATP, CFI, CFII, MEI.
