We are seeking a Chief Pilot for 135 Operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with pilots/principals and be an experienced punctual and reliable Chief Pilot. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Well qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3,500 hours, impeccable customer service skills, and solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business aviation, have a strong work ethic, pay close attention to detail, and adapt to new technology. Additionally, the qualified candidate will be able to respect and maintain [Company]ity with ethical, trustworthy sensitive information.

Base: Live Within 2 hours of KMKE or KENW
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
Has delegated authority to exercise operational control over all aircraft operations.
Execute Company policies, procedures, and directives relating to aircraft operation and crewmember supervision.
Ensure crew-member’s compliance with FAA Regulations, Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, and Company policies and procedures.
Evaluate flight operations, focusing on safety, quality, service, and efficiency.
Assist the Assistant Director of Operations (ADO) with the selection of designated Line Pilots, Standards Pilots, and Line Check Airmen.
Establish and maintain the pilot recruitment process, by conducting in-person interviews, extending offers, and the selection of candidates to conduct interviews.
Provide direction, coaching, and professional development to employees with an individual and team focus..
Build individual and team competencies with ongoing positive feedback.
Assist the ADO with the establishment of individual and team goals and objectives; develop metrics and scorecards to monitor progress and achievement.
Use appropriate methods to help build a cohesive team; facilitating the completion of team goals.
Assist the ADO in administering counseling, commendation, or disciplinary actions when necessary, using proper documentation.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the ADOt or higher authority.
Assist with NOTAMs, NAVAID’s, maintenance check lists and/or FAA reporting requirements.Manage projects in parallel to daily operations function
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Position: Chief Pilot/Pilot in Command
License: Airline Transport Pilot certificate
Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours
Multi-Engine Land: 2,500 PIC hours
Turbine Engine: 2,000 hours
Hours in type: 250 hours
Hold Type Ratings in Either: CE-525,LR-45,CL-30,G280
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
Must be at least 23 years old and a high school graduate
Must have a valid unrestricted U.S. driver’s license
Must have a valid unrestricted passport
Must have an FAA First Class Medical
Must have an FAA Multi-Engine ATP Instrument Rating
Must have a restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
Ability to change with new technology
Current IFR knowledge and experience
Current, valid, IPC
Must possess basic MS Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency
Must be able to speak, read, understand and write English
Must be service oriented and able to work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude
Must be able to communicate effectively and work within a team-focused environment
Must have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and respectful of diverse populations and cultures
Must be able to pass DOT/FAA compliant pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be a good citizen with good moral character
