Job Description:
Cabin Attendant for G-450 and G-550 in a Part 91 operation. Provide the highest level of customer service to aircraft owners. Prodive a first-class environment by preparing meals, tending to the needs of the passengers, and maintaining an orderly cabin.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
The Cabin Attendant coordinates preflight activities to ensure the proper maintenance status of the emergency equipment, cleanliness of the cabin, stocking of the aircraft and proper catering orders onboard. He/she is responsible to the assigned Pilot in Command of the scheduled trip for all duties and ensures the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of [Company] General Operations Manual and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
· Shop for any/all items the passengers have specially requested to be on board for their flight.
· Check to ensure that food, beverages, blankets/bedding, reading material, emergency equipment, and other supplies are on board and are in adequate supply for the trip and number of passengers.
· Greet all passengers and confirm that the passenger manifest is correct.
· Conducts emergency/service brief prior to each leg and ensures that the cabin is secure prior to taxi.
· Facilitate and manage passenger’s requests for food and drinks.
· Prep food for passengers and crew.
· Conduct periodic trips through the cabin to ensure passenger comfort and maintain cabin cleanliness.
· Operate audio and video systems.
· Direct and assist passengers in the event of an emergency.
· Verify that first aid kits and other emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers and oxygen bottles, are in working order.
· Secure the cabin – adhering to federal regulations prior to take-off and landing.
· Administer basic first aid to passengers in distress. ie: CPR, AED, First Aid.
· Reassure passengers when situations such as turbulence are encountered.
· Inspect, clean and stock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after every leg.
Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of experience.
· Aircraft Cabin Training through Flight Safety, Aircare FACTS or equivalent (within 12 months)
· G-450 or G-550 evacuation training (within 12 months)
· First Aid, AED and CPR training (within 24 months)
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Customer service experience required, fine dining & culinary meal planning experience preferred
· Excellent verbal communications skills.
