Challenger 604 First Officers [redacted] – San Luis Obispo, California Challenger 604 First Officers needed at a fast-paced, growing company. The top candidates will have recent experience on the Challenger 604, and have international experience outside of North America. Applicant must demonstrate a high degree of airmanship and regulatory knowledge as well as superior customer service ability. Starting Pay is $85,000+ per-year, with progressive increases and full benefits after three months of employment. Candidates possessing a 604 type rating and experience may receive higher starting pay, DOE. Quick transitions to a PIC position are possible for the qualified and capable individual. The schedule consists of 10 \"hard\" days off per month. All expenses while traveling are covered by the company. All pilots have access to [redacted]’s employee flying club (aircraft rentals at highly subsidized rates). The successful candidate will possess expert technical knowledge and ability as well as superior customer service skills. [redacted] will send qualified candidates to Flight Safety TUS for a PIC type rating at the company’s expense.
