Position Summary:
[Company]is seeking an experienced Chief Pilot for our rapidly growing operation. This position is located in our Murfreesboro offices and requires flexibility with work schedule, travel, and operational on-call responsibilities. The Chief Pilot will play a crucial leadership role, managing the team of 26 pilots and 5 aircraft, ensuring compliance with FARs, adhering to company policies and safety standards, while flying one 8-day rotation per month to keep synergies with pilots.
Requirements:
● Meet the requirements of 14 CFR 119.71 without deviation
● CE-525 Type Rating Required
● Prior experience working with the FAA
● Prior Chief Pilot experience in an FAR 135 Environment is preferred
● Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
● First-Class Medical
● Minimum 3,000 hours of total time
● 1,500 hours turbo jet
● Proactive and Solution based attitude
Proficient in technologies such as ForeFlight, JetInsight, and app-based solutions.

Work Schedule and Classification
This role is classified as an exempt position. This role may require working evenings and weekends, and on company holidays to accommodate the operational needs.
Competencies:
● Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving record.
● No accidents, incidents, or violations within the previous five years.
● Current First Class Medical certificate.

Ability to travel for the position as needed
