HIRING: CJ3 CAPTAINS | PART 91 OPERATION | BASED OUT OF SNA
MUST RESIDE WITHIN A 2-HOUR DRIVE OF JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT (SNA)
We are a Southern California-based Part 91 flight department seeking two experienced CJ3 Captains to join our team. Our operation is built around safety, professionalism, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance — which is why we are hiring two captains to ensure a sustainable and predictable schedule.
What We Offer:
You will know your schedule 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Two weeks off a year, in your second year of employment.

Most days will be a 7a departure but, you will be home for the weekend 97% of the time.
The ideal candidate must have the following skill set, ability and flight time:
Strong interpersonal skills to mentor a lower time pilot.
Proficient with Foreflight, APG, Expensify and Airplane Manager Apps.
Minimum of 5000 TT
3000 PIC
2000 PIC Turbojet.
1500 in Citations / Preferably CJ3.
Salary Range from $180K to $200K depending on experience.
