JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring a high standard of service aboard a private business jet,

• Welcoming passengers aboard the aircraft before the flight and managing catering settlements, if ordered by the dispatcher,

• Preparing the cabin for passenger reception, coordinating menus according to customer preferences, and attending to passengers' individual needs,

• Ensuring passengers' comfort and safety,

• Collaborating with the aircraft crew and airport services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least secondary education,

• Excellent command of English and either German or Russian,

• Well-groomed appearance, impeccable personal manners and discretion,

• Resilience to stress, strong communication and organizational skills, and professional approach,

• Availability - the ability to adapt to flight schedules,

• Prior experience in VIP passenger service is an asset,

• All required training and certifications according to EU Commission regulations,

• Valid Cabin Crew Attestation issued by an accredited training center,

• Willingness to travel frequently and readiness to work flexible hours.
