Description
ISC Constructors is an industrial electrical engineering and construction company, based in Baton Rouge, LA. Our flight department has been operating a CJ2 since 2013 and is upgrading to an XLS Gen2 in November. All flying is done under Part 91. The owners of the company have given the flight crew full authority to operate a safe and efficient flight department. We have never been questioned in any weather or maintenance situation that we deem unsafe. We strive to maintain the airplane in the best condition possible and have never held back with any maintenance related expenses. As the Chief Pilot, I report directly to the owners of the company who have a great respect for what we do. We are currently seeking someone to join our flight crew in a Co-Captain position. The airplane is generally scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. A weeks notice for a trip is considered short notice for our company. We do not have a certain number of set days off, but our company has given us the ability to schedule days or time off whenever we see necessary as long as it is not abused. Of course, flexibility is key in this type of operation. We have never worked Thanksgiving and Christmas, but that possibility is always there. The owners consider our home lives and do their best to accommodate by allowing us to reposition the plane back home when we feel it’s necessary.
Qualifications

- [ ] 1,500 multi
- [ ] 1,000 jet PIC
- [ ] CE-560XL preferred, not required. We will type the right candidate
- [ ] Live or relocate within 1 hour of KBTR
Duties
- [ ] Perform pre and post flight walks of aircraft
- [ ] Obtain timely weather briefings
- [ ] File flight plans
- [ ] Load passenger luggage
- [ ] Stock aircraft with drinks and snacks
- [ ] Book rental vehicles
