The primary duty of the Flight Coordinator/Technician is to prepare trip itineraries for flight crews, catering services, luggage assistance, etc. while coordinating all of the necessary logistics and recordkeeping associated with the trip. The Flight Coordinator typically interfaces with the crewmembers and will report to the Aviation Manager. A strong knowledge of G-4 and Lear 60 aircraft is highly desirable.
