Position: Lear-31 Captain
Location: Based within 1.5 hours of KHEF (Manassas, VA)

Minimum Qualifications:
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
Current First Class Medical
3,000 hours total flight time (Candidates with less may be considered based on experience)
100+ hours PIC in Turboprop/Jet under Part 91/135 (Preferred)
Reside within 1.5 hours driving time of KHEF (Manassas, VA)
Preferred Attributes:
Proven experience in a 135 or structured operational environment
Strong knowledge of flight planning, communications, and post-flight documentation
Desire to mentor and support SICs
Adaptable, professional, and safety-focused
Additional Requirements:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Flexible and collaborative mindset
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities:
Operate Learjet 31 in a Part 135 on-demand environment
Comply with safety, procedural, and operational standards
Actively mentor and support SICs
Engage in pre-flight planning and post-flight reporting using company tools
Collaborate with dispatch and operations for mission success
Compensation:
Industry-Leading Published Pay Scale
Transparent base salary starting from $135,000–$228,000+, with credit for experience (1 year per 2,000 flight hours)
Bonuses for overtime availability
Airport-based positions available with relocation assistance (KHEF)
