As the Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth within your territory by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with customers. You will be the face of Jet OUT, showcasing the benefits of Co-Ownership and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Prospecting & Growth: Identify and engage with potential customers, building trust and effectively closing deals to maximize growth potential in territory.
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct competitive market analysis, develop and implement strategic sales strategies, and adjust positioning to grow our market leadership.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, assist with onboarding, and document all interactions in HubSpot, our core CRM tool.
Collaboration & Professional Development: Work alongside the marketing team to create exceptional customer experiences, stay updated with industry trends, and promote a positive safety culture.
A driven sales professional with a high school diploma (college degree in business with a sales emphasis preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the aviation or luxury goods sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in HubSpot and a strong understanding of business financial and tax areas.
A team-oriented mindset with high energy, thirst for knowledge, and a courteous demeanor.
