This job is a member of the Inflight Training team.
Responsible for presenting / facilitating both FAA and other government regulatory and company required training programs to Inflight employees such as flight attendants, management staff and outside business partners.
Presents regulatory and non-regulatory training programs in a competent, knowledgeable, and professional manner
Evaluates and documents student performance in accordance with established regulatory and corporate standards
Partners with curriculum development staff to revise course content and/or presentation methods
Communicates with other training, support and operational departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training content in a positive and professional manner
Promotes teamwork, follow proper business protocols and be self-motivated
Displays positive influence
Commits to achieving department and corporate goals/objectives
Maintains requisite knowledge in applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and publications, company Policies & Procedures, aircraft systems and onboard products/services
Maintains flight attendant crew qualification and regulatory certification
Performs any other duties or special projects as assigned by Inflight Training leadership
Travel as needed to attend/conduct meetings and presentations
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Able to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
1 year of Flight Attendant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Previous instructor experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects at the same time
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Must be able to work with multiple deadlines, multiple projects at the same time
Must possess knowledge of the current flight attendant collective bargaining agreement
Verifiable skills, knowledge, and experience in the supervision and development of front-line employees (direct reports)
