MEDWAY AIR AMBULANCE (Learjet 35 Captain ($85,000 to $100,000+ per year) 1) Qualifications: a. FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate b. 1st Class Medical c. US Passport d. LR-JET PIC Type Rating e. 2000 Hours Total Flight Time f. 500 Hours Multiengine Jet g. 250 Hours LR-JET 35 (or 25/31/55) h. Current and qualified under Part 135 in LR35 (8410) -Preferred: i. Air Ambulance Experience j. International Experience k. Ability to travel unrestricted internationally-clean criminal record 2) Job Description: The PIC reports to the Chief Pilot and is responsible for: a. Ensuring the aircraft, weather, flight planning, departure airport facilities, enroute and destination facilities meets operational requirements b. Ensuring required aircraft documentation is on board prior to flight c. Supervising the flight and medical crew while on missions d. Having knowledge of and adhering to regulations to include recent flight experience and company SOPs e. Attending scheduled ground and flight training, maintaining proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of all flight operations, regulations, and aircraft systems f. Maintaining current required licenses and certificates to comply with company, FAA, and ICAO requirements g. Assisting in loading and unloading of patients, passengers, baggage, and providing to passenger needs as required h. Conducting flight operations in accordance with international, federal, state, local, and company regulations i. Communicating promptly with company dispatch and maintenance as needed j. Exhibiting role model behavior and leadership in flight operations SOPs 3) Compensation: a. $85,000 to $100,000+ per year
