🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all cabin crew training programmes
Ensure compliance with EASA regulations
Lead and support our team of instructors
Drive continuous improvement in training quality and delivery
🔹 Requirements:
Previous experience in a Head of Training or senior instructor role
In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations for cabin crew
Strong leadership and organisational skills
