Excellence - every day.
We are looking to add an additional pilot to our team.
In our operation, professionalism shows up in the details: how we brief, how we fly, how we debrief, and how we support each other. We follow procedures because they work. We prepare thoroughly, communicate openly, and take accountability for our decisions. When something doesn’t go as planned, we address it, learn from it, and move forward better.
We’ve built a team of people who care about the quality of their work and the people they work with. It’s a collaborative environment, low on ego, where everyone is expected to contribute and improve.
We fly well-equipped Gulfstreams out of KDAL under Part 91. Most trips are domestic and typically 1–4 days in length, with occasional longer trips and a limited number of international missions each year.
We offer competitive compensation, strong benefits, and meaningful scheduled time off. In return, we’re looking for professionals who bring consistency, good judgment, and a genuine commitment to doing the job well.
What we value.
We’re looking for pilots interested in a long-term position who demonstrate professionalism through their actions—not just their words. Preparation, attention to detail, sound judgment, customer focus, and the ability to work well with others matter here every day.
This role tends to be a strong fit for individuals who apply effort to continuously learn and improve, hold themselves to a high standard, and take pride in steady, reliable performance - on every flight.
