Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew Member (Purser)

As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you are the most important brand ambassador for Chair Airlines, and we are proud of that.

Your tasks: 

• Constructive and professional collaboration with the cockpit team, management, and other internal and external partners.

• Ensuring a smooth flight process while adhering to all safety and service guidelines.

• Organization and forward-looking planning of work processes on board, as well as targeted deployment of crew members according to their qualifications and experience.

• Active implementation of corporate goals to ensure a first-class, friendly and customer-oriented service experience on board.

• Performing administrative tasks (e.g., reporting) to ensure and further develop quality standards.

• Onboard sales

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser

• Fluent in German and English, Albanian & other languages ​​an advantage

• Completed school or vocational training

• Minimum height: 158cm (up to 190cm)

• Good health (medical check before employment)

• Excellent leadership qualities

• Friendly and charming communication

• Outgoing and charming personality

• Well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners

• Good swimming skills

• Valid passport of Switzerland or EU/EFTA countries without restrictions

• Course start date: mid/late February 2026
