Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Captain role for a Gulfstream G200 aircraft, with duties performed from various locations as required by flight schedules. The Captain is responsible for safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream G200, including flight planning, pre-flight inspections, and adherence to all regulatory and company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with dispatch and ground operations, monitoring weather and route conditions, overseeing fuel and weight calculations, and managing all phases of flight. The Captain leads the flight crew, ensures clear communication with passengers, and maintains a professional, service-oriented environment on board. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, participating in recurrent training, and completing all required flight and safety documentation.
Qualifications
Experience as Pilot in Command on business jets, preferably with significant Gulfstream G200 or similar mid-size jet time.
Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license, appropriate type ratings, and current first-class medical certificate.
Strong knowledge of FAA or relevant aviation authority regulations, flight planning, navigation, and advanced aircraft systems.
Demonstrated commitment to safety management, risk assessment, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Excellent cockpit resource management, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with crew and operations staff.
Clear, professional communication skills and a service-oriented approach to passenger interactions.
Ability to work in a remote, dynamic environment with changing schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proficiency with electronic flight bags, aviation software, and modern aircraft avionics; strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Required to participate in recurrent training, proficiency checks, and continuous professional development.
Clean safety and compliance record; ability to pass background checks and any required security clearances.
