Your daily flight route
: As a flight attendant, your job is to work with the crew to create a positive atmosphere on board, ensure a pleasant journey for our guests, and create a WOW factor—so that every passenger leaves the plane with a smile.
Your day begins with the briefing, with all important information about the flight and flight preparation
Before the flight, you are responsible for the various security checks and prepare the cabin for our passengers
During boarding, you will welcome and accompany our guests if assistance is needed
Service procedures are carried out by you together with the rest of the crew
You will always keep an eye on the sales of our onboard shop items to create a unique flight experience
Every day you are a [Company] ambassador and embody our corporate values with enthusiasm
You can handle even stressful and challenging situations and solve every problem with a smile
Your starting requirements
: Ready for takeoff? – We look forward to receiving your application if you enjoy working with people, are looking for a job above the clouds, and meet the following criteria:
You are at least 1.60m tall and 18 years old
You have good written and spoken German and English skills (at least level B1)
A secondary school diploma or a secondary school diploma in combination with previous experience in the service sector
You are in possession of a fully valid passport and, in the case of non-EU citizens, a residence permit and work permit
Good general health (unrestricted fitness to fly)
Visual acuity of +/- 5 diopters
You have solid swimming ability ( at least 100 meters of brisk swimming without interruption)
Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Germany (including COVID-19 etc.)
You have a well-groomed appearance combined with a pleasant demeanor
If you have already worked as a cabin crew member within the last 60 months: Valid cabin crew attestation according to EASA (including an official flight hour certificate from the respective employer)
