Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Pilot at SkyLife Elite LLC in Jacksonville, FL. The Chief Pilot will be responsible for overseeing flight operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, managing flight crew, and maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications
Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with appropriate ratings
Minimum of 5 years of pilot experience, including significant experience as a captain
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Detailed knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Experience with various types of aircraft and flight operations
Honda Jet and CE525 ratings preferred
