Conduct production ground and flight tests for the purpose of validating the airworthiness of the aircraft.
Conduct demonstration flights to potential customers.
Conduct Customer Acceptance flights.
Conduct Ferry flights.
Carry out pre and post flight activities.
May be required to support the weekend schedule for extended periods.
May be required to support the [Company] Flight Test Center.
May be required to carry out manual and other documentation review.
Hold a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical.
A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time with 500 hours PIC on large multi engine aircraft.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and to travel on short notice.
Previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training a definite asset.
A US ATP is an asset.
The right to work and live in Canada is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with a team.
The ability to execute the duties of an aircraft commander while maintaining a positive and cooperative relationship with the crew and management.
Managing stressful situations.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
