Description
[redacted] is a management and charter company based in Central Texas with aircraft stationed around the US. If you want to be in the fastest growing area of the US while still having accessibility to small town values and living, we are the company for you. With our headquarters being less than 45 minutes from Austin or San Antonio, access to the beautiful Texas Hill Country, and a place where people can actually afford to live, [redacted] is looking for some new pilots who want to call the area home! If you are tired of being treated like a child, want to put your big britches on, and have a company treat you like you want to be treated, then shoot us a resume. Currently, we are looking to fill the following positions with training slots already held for September and October!
2 PICâs and 1 SIC for a Hawker 1000 to be based Boca Raton, FL (KBCT).
1 SIC for Hawker 1000 based in Texas (KBAZ)
2 PICâs and 1 SIC Hawker 800XP based in Texas (KSAT/KBAZ/KAUS)
1 PIC for a Citation 550 based in Texas (KCRP)
1 PIC and SIC Contract Crew Lear 60 - possible full time positions available (KSAT)
Required Qualifications
Ability to treat equipment like it was your own
Ability to follow directions
Ability to âadultâ at times and be self-reliant if need-be.
Ability to be macro-managed and actually do what you will be paid to do. This means to be a professional and make decisions based on safety principles, the rules of an organization, and the law.
SICâs (any aircraft) must have at least 950 TT with 500 PIC
These are not commutable positions. Crews need to live within a two-hour (or closer) callout of their assigned aircraft.
Preferred Qualifications
Time in type (Hawker 700/800/900 time works for the Hawker 1000 as time in type)
ARG/US and Wyvern minimums (roughly 3000TT and 1500 PIC for the left seat)
If you donât have the preferred qualifications (and are at least close), it isnât a deal breaker. We want to hire people who fit well with our organization, not to have people that just check boxes off.
What We Offer
Competitive salary with structured flight bonuses (if you make the company more money, you make more money)
100% medical coverage for the employee with medical, dental, and vision available to the employeeâs family
Access to retirement planning and life insurance through New York Life.
A per diem that you can actually use ($75/day domestic and $125/ day international) with no âhalfsiesâ or partial payments

A work environment where if you do your job, we treat you like an adult, you have fun, get paid, and get to go home.
The company doesnât take your Wing Points, Avtrip Points, airline points, or any other reward that you earn by being a loyal customer. You book your own hotels and take care of yourself (within reason) while on the road and reap the rewards.
A sales and support staff that is second to none
Paid Training (with all costs covered by the company up front).
Flexible schedules that are worked out among the crews on the assigned airframes. This is usually done on a per quarter basis and as long as there is availability, the company stays out of it.
Most aircraft have 3 to 4 pilots assigned.
Room for growth.
