A Demonstration Pilot flies an aircraft to an event, meeting, or airshow to exhibit its capability, performance, safety, and comfort to prospective customers--or their representatives. It may include an Executive Demo where the focus is on the cabin experience, but it may also be a Pilot Demo where the focus is moved to the cockpit. Demo pilots also provide their expertise on production acceptance flights, deliveries, and entry-into-service.

Location
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, FL. You must relocate to within 1.5hrs (normal drive time) of KMLB. A generous relocation package is available for the selected employee.
Responsibilities
• Operate two [Company] types as the Pilot in Command.
• Accountable for the safety and legality of the assigned flights.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure [Company] policies governing the flight operation per the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) are met.
• Coordinate closely with the Regional Sales Directors to ensure that the flight demo experience is tailored to customer needs, and ensure the result is a world class experience that contributes to the sales effort.
• Participates with clients in new aircraft operation procedures--helping with necessary manuals, guides, forms, etc.,
• Ensures operational functionality, and pilot and passenger safety.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and product specifications.
• Complete the internal qualification process to upgrade to Senior Demo Pilot.
Requirements
• Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Previous experience as a flight instructor or simulator instructor.
• Turbo Jet type rating.
• Current 61.58 or equivalent in the last 12 months.
• Must have flown in the past 90 days.
• FAA Commercial ME, or ATP.
• Must be able to work in the United States, for any employer, without sponsorship. (No Visa Sponsorship available for this position).
Desirable
The most competitive candidates will also have:
• 3-plus years previous experience in corporate aviation.
• 3-plus years previous experience commanding a business jet.
• 3000 minimum total flight hours.
• 1000 minimum PIC (Pilot in Command) hours.
• 500 minimum Turbo Jet hours.
• BS or BA Undergraduate Degree in a related field of study.
• Technical degree in aviation or A&P license.
• Current CFI, CFII, and MEI
