Operations Manager - 36234 Position Description Monitors and assesses activities in providing ground handling services. Duties include, but are not limited to: Reviewing reports and records to ascertain data required for planning department operations. Monitoring and assessing all fueling, ground handling, and GSE maintenance functions and ensuring workers and equipment are available when and where needed. Maintaining effective relations with customers. Direct involvement in budgetary process for Operations department. Investigating causes of accidents and recommending safety measures for preventing further occurrences. Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Organization\'s policies and applicable laws. Ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner. Position Requirements 4-year Degree from College or University or 5-10 years of related experience. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Previous aviation experience preferred.
